Taking a little time to make Italian stuffed pastas is a delicious way to satisfy your pasta cravings anytime. In this hands-on class, Chef Jen Tarantino Reyes will teach you how to make pasta dough from scratch. Then you will roll, shape and fill two different stuffed pastas – ravioli and tortellini. You will stuff your ravioli with a flavorful meat filling made of a combination of ground pork and turkey and your tortellini with the always popular cheese filling. After creating two pounds of stuffed pasta you will enjoy some of one, tossed in Chef Jen’s fabulous red sauce, and take home plenty of both to freeze for a later date. “Cooking once and eating several times” is Chef Jen’s mantra.
