Join us for this celebration of the season!  Spring is here and we are ready to enjoy the abundance of fresh vegetables it always brings.  Chef Hend Yahya will teach you how to make a bright citrus spring risotto showcasing fresh asparagus, green peas, lemon and parmesan cheese.  Our celebration of Spring will continue as you make a colorful garden salad featuring carrots, radishes, peas and crumbled feta.  The evening will end with Chef Hend teaching you how to make a classic lemon ricotta cake that will delight all citrus lovers.
