Hearty Winter Soups

As the weather grows colder, our culinary desires turn towards warm bowls of comfort food. Soup is the perfect one bowl dinner, when made with plenty of vegetables and protein. In this hands on class, Chef Jen Tarantino Reyes will lead you through two different chicken soups.  Both of which can stand on their own as a meal or be paired with a salad or piece of warm crusty bread. In this class you will make and take home:
  • Arroz Caldo (Filipino chicken and rice soup with toasted garlic and sliced green onion)
  • Chicken and Dumplings (a hearty chicken stew with buttermilk and herb dumplings)
