Now you’ll experience richer taste, greater texture, and more nutrition than you ever have before.  In this hands-on class you’ll make ONE dough that we will turn into three bread applications:

The Caribbean Inspired 3 Course Dinner

Turn your kitchen into an Island Getaway! Join our Caribbean-born Chef Yary as she takes your taste buds on a tropical getaway in this hands-on class. Learn how to make a traditional Jerk seasoning from scratch and start your night out with a spicy, fresh starter. Flavorful spices and herbs take over the main course that is finished with a cooling relish. Warm ginger complements seasonal fruit for a refreshing dessert. You’ll finish your hands-on class feeling refreshed and invigorated as if you’ve just taken a vacation.

Jerk marinated Tuna Steak, Caramelized Pineapple, with a Red Peppers Relish.

Pork Tenderloin crusted with Rosemary, Thyme, Sage, Mustard, Garlic and Honey, with a Green Apple, Date, Herbs Relish, Orange-thyme glazed Carrots and Charred Spicy Broccolini.

Pear, Apple, Ginger Crumble, served with Chantilly Cream. 

The Argentinian 3 Course Dinner

The Argentinians have a reputation for their love of eating. Invitations to have dinner at home is generally viewed as a symbol of friendship, warmth, and integration. The Argentinian cuisine is a cultural blending of Mediterranean influences of early Italian and Spanish settlers, followed by British, German and Jewish bringing their styles and foods with them. .Come join Chef Yary to create a meal to remember making some of Argentina’s food classics.

Provoleta – Argentinian style grilled provolone cheese, drizzled with Argentinian Olive oil, orgenago, red pepper flakes, parsley served with crostini

The Asado -“gathering for a grill party” – Grilled Rib Eye or New York Steaks with horseradish aioli, with Chimichurri V=vegetable plate of bell peppers, chili peppers, jalapeno, red onion, asparagus

Flan Mixto – Cream Caramel, whipped cream, dulce de leche & berries

The tradition of Spain’s most iconic dish, Paella, is the perfect centerpiece to share with family and friends.  Join Spanish educated and trained Chef Yary and take a trip for the evening to learn how to prepare the perfect gluten free celebration menu. 

You’ll learn from the paella master tips about choosing the right rice, where to get the best saffron and the difference between Mexican and Spanish chorizo. You will leave this class with the confidence to make this Spanish feast at home.  Olé

Guests are greeted with Tapas made by Yary and a carafe of sangria, white or red wine.

Join Spanish trained Chef Yary and take a trip in her online class to learn how to prepare the perfect GF paella. You’ll learn from the paella master herself tips on choosing the right rice, where to get the best saffron and why Spanish chorizo. You ‘ll have the confidence and recipes to make Paella one of your celebration meals.

Paella serves at least 6 people dinner! It’s also good the next day rewarmed with a soft egg on top!

Tools you will need for class

1 cutting board

1 knife

1 bench scraper

1 trash bowl

1 paella ( paella means pan)

1 wooden spoon

1 pair tongs

1 Sheet tray/ cookie sheet – for seasoning meats

1 large plate

Good finishing oil

Kits includes all ingredients, recipe packet, parchment paper, Zoom meeting ID 

If there are tools your missing we have everything you need in store to make this perfect dish.

Paella serves at least 4 – 6people, also good the next day warmed up with a soft egg on top!

The Cuban Kitchen – The Cubano Sandwich and More!

Variations of the classic Cubano sandwich were served to hungry factory workers beginning in the 1800s. These workers eventually ventured into Florida to work in factories primarily in Tampa. Nowadays, there is a global love of Cuban Sandwiches and Whisk is bringing this experience to you with Chef Yary Oslund, who was born and raised in Cuba. In this hands-on class you will make the ever popular:

Traditional Cubano Sandwich with slow cooked Pork marinated with authentic Cuban Mojo, Ham, Swiss Cheese, homemade Pickles, pressed or panini grilled.

Bocadito de Champinones – Cuban Vegetarian Sandwich with Roasted Peppers, Braised Herb-Mushrooms, Arugula, Olives and Gruyere Cheese, and Chipotle Sour Creama, pressed.

Homemade Fries

Market Fresh Green Salad,

Served with an ice cold beer or a glass of Sangria

The Cuban Kitchen – The Tradition of Tamales

The Cuban cuisine has been influenced by the numerous cultures from around the world, from Spain to China. Most Cuban cooking relies on a few basic spices, it’s never deep fried or uses any heavy or cream sauces. In this hands -on class Cuban born Chef Yary will teach you some of her favorite local dishes and share some of her experiences from her homeland. You’ll learn and taste the difference between Mexican and Cuban fresh Corn Tamales.

In this hands on class you will make and enjoy

Ensalada de agauacate, Berro y Pina – Watercress, Avocado and Grilled Pineapple Salad, with a Garlic-Lime Cumin Vinaigrette, and  Grilled Bread,
