Lighter, slightly chewy, without compromising our love for the delicious, pillowy nuggets of love we are familiar with–Ricotta Gnocchi is a snap to make. Chef Jennifer Tarantino Reyes will instruct you how to prepare the perfect gnocchi and teach you different rollings techniques (the way her grandmother, and mother taught her) to roll the perfect pillows and once you have paired the braised Italian Sausage with the light Ricotta Gnocchi, you’ll be sold!
In this hands-on class, we will make:
Ricotta Gnocchni, chicken stock reduction with steamed asparagus tips, micro greens
Kale Salad with parmesan and toasted breadcrumbs
Zeppoles with a dark chocolate sauce
