Join Chef Hend Yahya in this hands-on class, as she demystifies salmon by teaching you how quick and easy it is to prepare amazing, picture perfect salmon in your own kitchen.  She will enlighten you as to what to look for when shopping for salmon and how to prepare it in order to wow your family or guests every time. You will also make a hearty vegetable soup full of the freshest vegetables and create a hand formed, rustic berry galette for dessert.
