Have you ever wanted to make Thai food but didn’t know where to begin.  If so, this hands-on class is for you!  Chef Thanh Tang will teach you how to grill, stir fry and stew your way through four Thai mainstays where you will incorporate the vibrant flavors of Thai chilies, basil, coconut, curry and lemongrass.  Your Thai culinary journey will begin by making lemongrass pork satay skewers which are a popular street food.  Next you will hone your stir fry skills while making both a vegetable and rice dish.  You will complete your meal with a curry that is both bold and rich with classic Thai ingredients.
