Teens at Whisk – 1 Day St. Paddy’s Day Cooking Adventure This class is designed for teens 13 and up. Did you know in Ireland they don’t eat corned beef and cabbage for St. Patrick’s Day? To find out what some of the true Irish food traditions are, join Chef Lee Baker in this hands on Teen, Irish Cooking Adventure. Your teen will make a traditional Irish dish that will combine both pastry skills and savory cooking techniques. After the main course your teen will make a fun non-traditional festive dessert. Chef Lee will teach your teen how to make a beef stew pot pie, encased in a flaky double crust. Dessert will be grasshopper pie with a fluffy, mint chiffon filling poured into a delicious chocolate cookie crust which is sure to delight anyone’s sweet tooth! Beef Stew Pot Pie Grasshopper Pie All classes are taught by a culinary professional with 2 adult assistants. Classes are designed for students 13 to 18 years old. No prior cooking experience is required, just an interest to learn. For safety reasons, please tie long hair back and wear closed toed shoes.
