The French Macaron

Both the classic almond meringue shell and filling can be flavored and tinted to create an array of tastes, textures and colors.  In this hands-on class, Chef Hend Yahya will teach you how to make the classic French-meringue macaron shell, which is naturally gluten free, with a green and yellow swirl. No plain buttercream here, the shells will be paired with a tangy lemon-lime buttercream, bursting with flavor.
