This 1-Day session is designed for teens, ages 13 and up.

Join this 1-day teen cooking class and take a trip across the Pacific into the Far East landing in Vietnam. Learn about the flavors that make Vietnam unique. In this hands-on session, Chef Thanh Tang will teach you about the Asian ingredients that make up Vietnam’s unique flavor profiles, while expanding your palate and knowledge. This day will include a bit of geography, history and culture. Take your taste buds on this amazing trip!

This 5-day camp is designed for teens, ages 13 and up.

MONDAY, June 26th – FRIDAY June 30th
From 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Everyday

Join this engaging teen cooking series and take a trip across the Pacific into the Far East. Learn about five countries and the flavors that make each region unique. In this hands-on session, Chef Thanh Tang will teach you about the Asian ingredients that make up these countries’ flavor profiles, while expanding your palate and knowledge. Each day will include a bit of geography, history and culture. Take your taste buds on this amazing trip!

Dim Sum means “to touch your heart”– it’s less about the recipes and more about delicious small bites, offered in various vessels.  Dim Sum refers to a style of Chinese food that is prepared in small bite-sized portions and is served on individual plates or steamer baskets. Think tapas, but Chinese style! In this adventurous hands-on class, Our Chinese expert, Chef Thanh Tang, will demystify the Chinese kitchen and will show you how to make:

KIds in the Kitchen – Keep it Rolling

Your kids will love this class – Keep It Rolling is a hands-on class that will introduce kids to Asian flavors, while keeping the food fun, fresh and simple. Chef Thanh Tang will teach the kids a new take on three classic rolls – using different ways of rolling deliciousness into neat little packets, filled with fresh and healthy ingredients! Get your kids to experience their veggies in a way that is fun to eat all while practicing being mindful as they put together their rolls! Inspire them to try something new, create their own ideas for rolls and develop lasting pride in their cooking abilities. In this class we will make and taste:
