Breakfast Tapas – The Incredible Egg

A quick and easy staple in most diets, eggs are delicious and are a cornerstone for breakfast,  but great anytime,breakfast,  brunch and who hasn’t done breakfast for  dinner?  Make one,  make all three for a party, these recipes will be a new mainstay in you repertoire. In this hands on class with Chef Drew Flanders, you will learn the egg basics of frying, poaching, and how to properly scramble an egg to get that perfect fluffy egg.  You will also get an introduction into blanching and learn an easy blender Hollandaise Sauce, one of the mother sauces that is adaptable over a limitless number of vegetables and proteins.

  • “Green Eggs and Ham”- Sourdough Avocado Toast with Crispy Prosciutto topped with a Fried Quail Egg
  • PNW Florentine – Toasted English Muffin, Sautéed Fresh Spinach, Poached Egg, Smoked Salmon, topped with Hollandaise Sauce
  • Egg Tacos – Scrambled Eggs, Mexican Chorizo, & Pan Fried Potato with Pico de Gallo, finished with Queso Fresco
