This session is designed for teen chefs, age 13 and up.  

Dust off your party hat, we’re taking your taste buds to Mardi Gras AND a Luau! We’ll kick off this 2 day camp with iconic flavors of a Mardi Gras party and end with essences of a Luau on your palate. Skills gained include knife skills, sauteing, frying, dough development, baking, and grilling.

Party Itinerary: 

Day 1 – Tuesday 2/16: Mardi Gras on the Bayou

Hushpuppies

Stuffed Peppers

Jambalaya

King Cake

Day 2 – Thursday 2/18: Luau in Paradise

Huli Huli Chicken

Maui Papaya Salad

Sunset rice (Rice with mushrooms, Chinese sausage, and char siu)

Paradise cookies (White chocolate, macadamia nut, mango, pineapple)

Note this 2 day session meets: Tuesday and Thursday
