Kids in the Kitchen – 3 Day Holiday Bake Shop

This 3-Day Camp is designed for kids ages 8-12.

What better way to jump into the holiday season than to learn how to create holiday treats and treasures that are enjoyed by all generations.  In this hands-on, 3-day camp, Chef Lee Baker will teach your kids all her foolproof tips and tricks for baking up numerous holiday treats.  Not only will your kids create 2 types of Macarons they will also make gingerbread dough that they will turn into their very own gingerbread house.

Thursday & Friday –  2 Day Gingerbread House Workshop

Thursday we begin by making our gingerbread dough  that is rolled, shaped and baked to create the house pieces, on Friday after making the Royal Icing and Vanilla Butter cream, its time to build the houses and decorate with candies galore!

  • All classes are taught by a culinary professional, with 2 assistants.
  • No prior cooking experience is required, just an interest to learn.
  • For safety reasons, please tie long hair back and wear closed-toed shoes.
  • Students will be working with flour, butter and eggs, so we cannot accommodate students with allergies to working with gluten, dairy or eggs.
