Making your own pasta is quick and easy and after this hands-on class with Naples born and raised Iole Aguero Limonciello you’ll think nothing of mixing up a batch for a weeknight supper. Add essential recipes for sauces made with fresh herbs and seasonal produce and you’ll have a go-to recipe repertoire. You’ll start with just flour and eggs, creating your own pasta dough that you will turn into one stuffed pasta and one cut pasta to serve along with two unique sauces!

In this hands-on class, you will make:

  • Fresh Handmade Pasta Dough
  • Fresh Cut Spaghetti with a Fresh Lemon and Chives
  • Herbed Ricotta Ravioli with a Garlic Herb Butter

The Italian Kitchen – The Pizza Workshop

Everyone loves pizza and some of the best can be made at home. Stretch some pizza dough and your imagination as Italian Expert, Iole Aguero Limonciello, guides you through each step of making amazing pizzas, starting with an easy, but authentic, pizza dough.  In this hands-on class, you will learn how to shape dough into a round, the best material on which to cook your pizza and the ideal temperature to get a puffy, golden crust and perfectly melted cheese on top. You will not only take away the know-how to recreate these tasty pies, but the dough and recipes, too.  You’ll be greeted with Rosemary Focaccia and then get your hands busy making the dough for 3 different pizzas: 

Margherita Pizza

Roasted Vegetable Pizza with Eggplant, Zucchini, Onions, Red Peppers, Mushrooms, Artichokes, Kalamata Olives, Mama Lill’s and Goat Cheese (A surprise favorite!)

Sausage, Red Onion, Mushroom Pizza with Mozzarella

You’ll take home what you don’t eat and the dough you made to make or freeze for future pizza nights at home!!

The Italian Kitchen – A Seafood Feast

Whether it’s a casual get-together with friends or an elegant dinner party, you will use your knowledge gained in our Italian Seafood Dinner class to impress your guests. In this hands-on class, Chef Iole Aguero Limonciello will share her favorite seafood recipes just perfect for entertaining. Chef Iole will teach you what to look for when buying seafood, share her tips for easy preparations you can do at home with confidence, and show you her secrets to fresh, artisan pasta.

Chef Iole will greet you with Marinated Mussels to start.

Then you will get your hands busy making:

Crispy Calamari with Lemon and

Fresh Handmade Fettuccine Pasta with Lobster, Prawns and Heirloom Sugar Plum Tomatoes

Served with a Lemon Tart for dessert

The Italian Kitchen – Quick & Elegant Dinner

Learn the secrets of an authentic Italian dinner from a Italian master, Chef Iole Aguera Limonciello. Iole learned the cooking of southern Italy from her mother and has continued her knowledge gain by hosting 20 plus years of tours of both Northern and Southern Italy annually. Iole has put together a menu full of flavors, techniques and traditions of home.

In this hands-on class you’ll be greeted with some small bites from Iole

Shaved Mushroom and Radish Crostinis.

Then you’ll make a quick and easy pasta dough, for

freshly cut Handmade Fettuccine,

Sauté a Chicken Breast 

Make an Elegant Picatta Pan Sauce.

Served with a Simple Butter Lettuce Salad with Lemon and Chives and

Warm Chocolate Molten Cake with Berries and Ice Cream

Meatless Monday – The Pasta Workshop

Making your own pasta is quick and easy and after this hands on class with Italian expert Iole Aguero you’ll think nothing of mixing up a batch for a weeknight supper. Add to that some essential recipes for sauces made with fresh herbs and seasonal produce. You’ll start with just flour and eggs, creating  your own pasta dough that you will then cut and shape into different sizes to make angel hair, Ravioli, and bow-ties.

Menu:

Angel hair with Butter, Lemon and Chives

Four Cheese Ravioli (Mozzarella, Fontina, Parmigiano and Romano) with Basil Pesto

Bow Tie Pasta with Heirloom Sugar Plum Tomato and Basil

served with Butter Lettuce Salad and wine of course!

The Art of Gnocchi

Making gnocchi is a labor of love, and after making it from scratch, you’ll appreciate those little pillows of potato heaven even more. The perfect gnocchi are the result of carefully selected ingredients, well-crafted dough and the art of rolling them with love one-by-one. In this hands-on class, Italian Chef Iole Aguero Limonciello will teach you how to prepare the perfect potato gnocchi and teach you 3 different techniques to roll the perfect Gnocchi (the way her grandmother, and mother taught her and the new paddle way)

Then, you will make 3 separate sauces to top your gnocchi,  all the variations are sure to leave your taste buds tantalized!

Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce

Served with a Fresh Butter Lettuce Salad with a simple lemon chive vinaigrette.
