Chef Iole will teach you what to look for when buying seafood, share her tips for easy preparations you can do at home with confidence, and show you her secrets to fresh, artisan pasta.

Iole learned the cooking of southern Italy from her mother and has continued her knowledge gain by hosting 20 plus years of tours of both Northern and Southern Italy annually. Iole has put together a menu full of flavors, techniques and traditions of home.

In this hands-on class you’ll be greeted with some small bites from Iole

Then you’ll make a quick and easy pasta dough, for
