The Peruvian Kitchen – Pollo a la Brasa

Spicy and Succulent, this is one roasted chicken dinner to update your go-to meals! We will bring the taste of Peru into your home kitchen, with an uncommonly delicious spice marinated, slow roasted Peruvian Chicken! In this hands on class with Chef Jen Tarantino Reyes, you will learn how to spatchcock a chicken and marinate and roast till the skin is burnished yet still juicy! The quick green sauce and marinade alone are versatile to multiple applications to brighten up any meal.

This chicken dinner packs so much flavor it will be sure to become a family favorite!

  • Pollo a la Brasa – marinated and roasted Chicken with Aji Verde – Spicy Green Sauce  (Cilantro, Jalapeño, Lime Yogurt)

If the answer is yes, this class is for you! Join Chef Drew Flanders in this hands-on class where you will prepare simple but flavor-packed dishes inspired by foods sold in the markets, festivals, and by street vendors from around the world. From Morocco to Japan, Mexico to Senegal, in this class you will prepare and enjoy a variety of flavors and textures from the simple perfection of the taco, the warm comfort of “Japanese pizza”, to the glory of two different types of grilled-meat-on-a-stick!

Make, eat and enjoy street foods from

  • Morocco – Chermoula Chicken
  • Mexico – Alambres, Steak and Bacon Tacos with Salsa Verde
  • West Africa – Spicy Peanut-Dusted Beef Skewers

The Mixed Grill

Summer is made for grilling and this meal comes from Bulgaria, the breadbasket of Eastern Europe. Similar to Greek and Turkish cuisine, Bulgarian food features lots of fresh flavors and succulent meat dishes. Join Chef Drew Flanders, in this hands-on class, where you will learn to prepare and grill kebabs and skewers, marinate and cook a juicy pork chop, and create sides that round out a festive platter.  Finish the meal off with a shot of “rakija” – and unaged brandy that finds its way into most Bulgarian celebrations and good times…Nazdrave!

Dim Sum and Then Some

Dim Sum means “to touch your heart”– it’s less about the recipes and more about delicious small bites, offered in various vessels.  Dim Sum refers to a style of Chinese food that is prepared in small bite-sized portions and is served on individual plates or steamer baskets. Think tapas, but Chinese style! In this adventurous hands-on class, Our Chinese expert, Chef Thanh Tang, will demystify the Chinese kitchen and will teach you how to make:
