The Italian Kitchen – Hand Formed Pasta Workshop

Dive into the world of handmade pasta and be transported to Italy in this hands-on pasta making class. Chef Jen Tarantino Reyes will teach you to make 2 eggless pasta doughs to create 2 unique hand formed pastas. No pasta roller? No problem! These hand formed pastas will have you making pasta using just a board and your hands! You’ll make Gnocchetti Sardi, a gnocchi shaped pasta from the Sardinia region of Italy, and Pici, which is a thick, spaghetti type of noodle from Tuscany.
