In this hands-on class, you will learn the best techniques to create perfect crispy shells, understand the science behind baking them to puffed perfection, and discuss variations to the master recipe. Choux can be used for anything from puffs, profiteroles, eclairs to chorros, croquembouche, french cruller donuts, choux beignets and gougères!  The options for filling are endless.

In this class  you will craft a smooth and creamy Vanilla Bean Crème Pâtissière and Mocha Mousseline Cream to fill your perfectly puffed creations
