The Argentinian 3-Course Dinner

The Argentinians have a reputation for their love of eating. Invitations to have dinner at home are generally viewed as a symbol of friendship, warmth, and integration. The Argentinian cuisine is a cultural blending of Mediterranean influences of early Italian and Spanish settlers, followed by British, German and Jewish peoples bringing their styles and foods with them. Come join Chef Yary to create a meal to remember making some of Argentina’s food classics.

You will make and enjoy:

Provoleta – Argentinian-style grilled provolone cheese drizzled with Argentinian olive oil, oregano, red pepper flakes and parsley served with crostini

The Asado – “gathering for a grill party” – Grilled New York Steak with horseradish aioli and chimichurri or vegetable plate of bell peppers, chili peppers, jalapeños, red onions and asparagus

Flan Mixto – crème caramel, whipped cream, dulce de leche and berries
