Classes are designed for boys and girls ages 13 and up!

In this week long session, our teens will tie on their aprons and learn to make classic Italian food from various regions. Hands-on in every aspect, they will have a chance to hone their culinary skills while we visit our favorite place to eat – Italy! Our Italian expert, Chef Barbara Sowatsky will walk you through authentic and hands-on preparations of everything from Pasta to Pizza, with many specialties like Aranccini and Tiramisu, plus more! We will practice knife skills, sauteing, searing, dough basics, saucing and more fundamentals as we visit the various regions of Italy, shaped by the vast landscape and history of the country.
