Teens At Whisk – 1 Day – Lunch Bake

This class is designed for Teens, 13 and above

Join Pastry Chef Lee Baker in this one day hands on baking class to learn how to make classic buttery, soft, buttermilk biscuit dough.  Then Chef Lee will teach you how to take this simple dough to the next level with some creative shaping techniques, and the additions of some sweet and savory ingredients to make:

  • Star Pizza – pull-apart pizza bread with layers of homemade pizza sauce, Pesto and mozzarella
  • Chocolate Biscuit Bombs

Enjoy some bites in class and take the rest home to share with family and friends!

All classes are taught by a culinary professional with 2 adult assistants.

Classes are designed for students 13 years old and above

No prior cooking experience is required, just an interest to learn.

For safety reasons, please tie long hair back and wear closed toed shoes.

Students will be working with flour, butter and eggs so we cannot accommodate students with allergies to working with gluten, dairy or eggs.
