Phö Anyone?

Explore the savory and fresh flavors of your favorite Vietnamese dishes in Whisk’s Phö class. Dive into the traditional preparation of Beef Phö; learn the secrets to creating its signature clear broth, developing delicious umami flavor, and the spices, herbs and cuts of meats used.

We will make two versions of the broth — from Northern and Southern Vietnam. While the broth simmers, we’ll keep your hands busy making Chả Giò (crispy pork eggrolls) that looks as good as it tastes…to Phö-ther enhance your Phö experience. Assemble your Phö bowl like a pro then enjoy the rich, fragrant beef rice noodle soup as Chef Thanh Tang shares the history of Phö along with his time saving tips for preparing ingredients in advance, properly storing leftovers ––and even throwing a phö party!
