Making Fresh Cheese at Home – Mozzarella, Chevre and Ricotta

Whisk welcomes Home Creamery Expert Alison Leber! With over 30 years in the food and wine industry Alison was previously the owner of ” Brie & Bordeaux”. She’s long been a member of the Artisan Cheese Industry and currently owns The Roving Cheese Shop.

In this workshop, Alison Leber, who spent over a decade in all aspects of Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, will teach you how to turn your love of fresh cheese into a full-fledged hobby.

You’ll learn all about the basics of fresh cheese making, using direct acids and cultures, and how to source cheese making equipment and ingredients as you make:

Mozzarella, Whole Milk Ricotta and Chevre.

These delightful soft cheeses will be served with Herb Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Bread and Sliced Meats
