Dinner is in the Freezer – Not Your Mother’s Lasagna 

Chef Jen Tarantino Reyes has been with Whisk since our doors opened, almost 7 years ago.  One of her philosophies, that grew from her time as a restaurant chef and carried over to her teaching style is… “I love to cook once, but eat many times.” In this 3 class series, she will teach you how to do just that! Each class will teach you to cook once for your meal tonight, but fill your freezer for a future meal to make your weeknights in fall and winter as easy as turning on the oven. Chef Jen will impart her knowledge of big batch cooking. You will walk away with different ways to use your sauces and stocks for more than just tonight’s meal.
