The cocktail resurgence is in full swing. Learn the cocktail history of the prohibition era, while learning the fundamentals of Shaking, Making and Tasting!

Whisk welcomes expert Mixologist, Josh Radigan of The Smith Tower Observatory Bar to the lineup of our classes. Josh is excited to share his 20 year craft for creating the perfect cocktail at home. In this 2 hour session you’ll spirit taste, learn the underlying flavors, learn why some drinks need to be stirred–while others shaken, as well as, the basic bar-tending techniques of measuring, pouring, shaking, muddling and the art of garnishing.

From classic to esoteric, you’ll leave with a new set of technique and knowledge to enhance your cocktail hour.

Josh will teach you how to make and garnish 3 popular summer cocktails, Mai Tai, Negroni, and Mint Julep.

All while enjoying bites from Charcuterie Platter.
