Mixologist, Cooper Smith, of Conjure Catering in Seattle brings unique flavors and ideas to classic cocktail recipes. While providing a welcoming atmosphere, she expertly guides guests through basic to advanced cocktail techniques, unique ideas and provides inspiration to continue the journey of mixology. Beginning her bartending career in Seattle at a beloved dive bar, she rose to craft cocktail creation and service with Artusi and Spinasse. There she honed her skills and palate to create unique cocktails for an award winning program. Coupled with a background in tourism and environmental education, she provides an easy to understand approach to learning new skills.
