Perfect for a summer BBQ with friends or a special family dessert this Zesty Lemon Layer Cake filled with Tangy Raspberry Jam is just the dessert to please everyone. Join us in this hands-on workshop where Pastry Chef Thanh Tang will confess his secrets to baking, filling and frosting the perfect cake.  Students will learn the importance of creaming the ingredients, how to bake even, fluffy cake layers and tips to decorating like a pro.  In this class you will make:

Triple Layered Lemon Cake with Raspberry Jam and Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Each student will take home their own sweet creation – a 6” triple layered cake filled and frosted to perfection,
