Winemaker Dinner – Sparkman Cellars

Join us for our exclusive gourmet event at the Chefs Table with two amazing talents – Chef Aaron Tekulve and Winemaker Linn Scott from Sparkman Cellars. Enjoy an adventurous six course meal (with a few surprises) using the bounty of products that celebrate the Pacific Northwest paired with a diverse selection of premier Washington wines from Sparkman Cellars. Winemaker Linn Scott believes that when you source some of the finest fruit in the state, put it in cutting edge barrels, and embrace traditional techniques used by industry icons, you stand a decent chance of producing wines that get Sparkman Cellars named Wine & Spirits’ Top 100 Winery in the World, Wine Spectator’s Rising Star and Cult Winery by Wine Enthusiast. You will watch Chef Aaron create each exciting and delicious course all while savoring Sparkman Cellars fabulous varietals.
