Enjoy a adventurous six course meal (with a few surprises ) using the bounty of products that celebrate the Pacific Northwest paired with a diverse selection of premier Washington wines from Darby Winery. Darby’s approach to wine making includes high quality French oak, meticulous work in the cellar, controlled growth, and a spotlight on some of Washington’s greatest grapes.
