The Spanish Kitchen – Tapas
Tapas: A variety of authentic Spanish appetizer-sized dishes. Join in the preparation and enjoyment of these tapas with Chef Yary Olslund, our chef whose culinary expertise includes studying and working in restaurants in Barcelona, Spain. In this hands-on class, Chef Yary will guide you through creation of each delicious authentic Tapas, which will be served with Sangria, of course!
Side effects of this class may include: ear to ear smiling, tingling taste buds, frequent laughter and utter satisfaction! It’s the little things….
In this hands on class you will make:
Mussels stuffed with breadcrumbs, herb-ed garlic butter, wine, garlic thyme-infused tomatoes and sliced bread;
Andalucían Pintxos Morunos de Pollo (Chicken Andalucía – moorish skewers) served with roasted Eggplant Dip;
Classic Tortilla Española with Spicy Pimiento Crema;
Mini Stew of Lamb with Chickpeas and Chorizo in a Tagine; and
Jeweled Honey Mousse – Garnished with Pomegranate seeds.
