The Spanish Kitchen – Paella Virtual Class

The tradition of Spain’s most iconic dish, Paella, is the perfect centerpiece to share with family and friends. Join Spanish trained Chef Yary and take a trip in her online class to learn how to prepare the perfect GF paella. You’ll learn from the paella master herself tips on choosing the right rice, where to get the best saffron and why Spanish chorizo. You ‘ll have the confidence and recipes to make Paella one of your celebration meals.

Paella serves at least 6 people dinner! It’s also good the next day rewarmed with a soft egg on top!

Paella Mixta (Seafood & Meat Paella – Shrimp, Mussels, Clams, Calamari, Pork Ribs, Chorizo and Chicken in a Tomato Saffron Sofrito Sauce)

Warm Asparagus Salad, with leek, piquillo peppers and a herbed vinaigrette

Ingredient Kits available for pick up Friday July 10 11-3PM, 

Tools you will need for class

1 cutting board

1 knife

1 bench scraper

1 trash bowl

1 paella ( paella means pan)

1 wooden spoon

1 pair tongs

1 Sheet tray/ cookie sheet – for seasoning meats

1 large plate

1 lb shellfish if you choose to add (1/2 lb mussels, 1/2 lb clams)

Good finishing oil

tin foil to cover

Kits includes all ingredients except for the shellfish, recipe packet, parchment paper, Zoom meeting ID 

If there are tools your missing we have everything you need in store to make this perfect dish.
