Paella Mixta (Seafood & Meat Pealla with Shrimp, Mussels, Clams, Calamari, Pork, Chorizo, Chicken in a Tomato Saffron Sofrito.
Asparagus, Piquillo Peppers, Caramelized Leeks dressed with a Lemon Herb Vinaigrette
Vanilla Caramel Flan
