In this hands-on class you’ll start the evening with a shaved mushroom crostini, you’ll then get your hands floured and make handmade fettuccine pasta, you’ll saute a chicken breast and make an elegant picatta sauce, a simple butter lettuce salad with lemon and chives and finish with a warm chocolate molten cake with berries and ice cream.
