The Pizza Workshop

Everyone loves pizza and some of the best can be made at home. Stretch some pizza dough and your imagination as Chef Iole Aguero guides you through each step of making amazing pizzas starting with an easy but authentic pizza dough you’ll make  yourself.  In this hands on class you will learn how to shape your dough into a round, the best material to cook your pizza on and the ideal temperature to get a puffy, golden crust and melted cheese on top. You will not only take away the know how to recreate these tasty pies, but the dough and recipes too.  You will make Pizza Margarita, Sugar Plum Tomato and Fresh Basil pizza and pizza topped with Fontina Cheese, Prosciutto and Arugula, and a Rosemary Focaccia , all the while learning the art of making the perfect pizza dough.

Class includes wine, small bites to start and a salad with the pizza.
