Lamb Chop Lollipops – Frenched lamb chops, pounded thin, marinated and coated in herbs and Panko, then pan seared, served room temperature.
Dijon Heirloom Tomato Salad – Summer tomatoes in a Dijon, sherry vinegar dressing, crispy prosciutto and chopped parsley.
No-mayo Potato Salad – boiled baby potatoes in a lemon, tarragon vinaigrette and fresh herbs.
