In this hands-on class, Chef Lee Baker will teach you how to add a Mexican twist in your kitchen for a breakfast, brunch or breakfast for dinner option. Lee has been lucky to spend many summers with her extended family, where she has experienced, learned and mastered many Mexican recipes that have been passed on for generations. With Lee you will explore a variety of techniques and flavor profiles, gaining a deeper knowledge of how perfectly prepare your salsa, which like in many recipes the sauce is “Todo” (EVERYTHING)! You’ll fry, simmer and fry some more making a morning meal of;
Chilaquiles Roja, with Fried Egg, Avocado, Crema, and Queso Fresco,
Frijoles Refritos (made with Santa Maria Red Beans)
Churros with Hot Chocolate.
