Esquites – Mexican Corn Salad (Creamy Warm Charred Corn Salad)
Mextlapique de pescado con salsa – Halibut with Charred Poblano Salt, wrapped and grilled in a Tamale, with Cilantro Sauce, and a side of Chunky Tomato, Avocado Guacamole
Natilla de chocolate abuelita – Mexican Chocolate Pot de Crème.
