The Mexican Kitchen – Pescado Dinner

Whether you are familiar with fine dining in Mexico City or not, you will be in for a real treat with this delicious, elegant 3 course menu. Chef Ana Sainz, born and raised in Mexico City, will lead you through the preparation of these authentic Mexican recipes with an upscale twist on them. Chef Ana Sainz has a way of bringing a broad range of flavors, spices, and ingredients together. You will want to recreate these unique recipes for a family dinner or entertaining.

You will make:

Esquites – Mexican Corn, 

Mextlapique de pescado con salsa – Fish with Charred Poblano Salt & Cilantro Sauce, with Chunky Tomato and Avocado Guacamole, and

Natilla de chocolate abuelita – Mexican Chocolate Pot de Crème.

Afterwards, you will sit and enjoy your meal with new friends, great food and a nice glass of wine!
