Join our Italian expert and chef instructor Paola Albanesi as she guides you through Piedmont’s flavorful ingredients: hazelnuts, rice and fresh vegetables just  to name a few. You’ll have a taste of Turin’s cuisine with this naturally gluten-free menu that will warm you up during the last days of winter. In this class, you will make:

Tomini elettrici – Goat Cheese Bites topped with Sun-dried Tomatoes Relish 

Risotto di primavera – Risotto with Spring Vegetables, sprinkled with Parmigiano Cheese and Parsley 

Asparagi alla piemontese – Steamed Asparagus topped with Eggs, Butter and Parmigiano

Grissini stirati alle noci – Hand-pulled Walnut Breadsticks
