The days are getting longer and our meals are getting lighter as we look forward to the sunny days ahead. In this Italian Seafood hands – on class chef Iole Aguero will share her favorite spring seafood recipes, bright with lemon, bathed in herbs and wine and sweet/tart with tomatoes. Iole will teach you what to look for when buying seafood and share her tips for easy preparations you can do at home with confidence.
