Join this hands on class and let Chef James Sherrill show you you how to prepare the perfect gnocchi and teach you different rollings techniques to roll the perfect pillows, We will then make 2 sauces and once you have tasted them paired with the light Ricotta Gnocchi, you’ll be sold!

Creamy Basil Pesto, pine nuts, parmesan and bacon lardons

Wild Mushroom, sage, madeira sauce over crispy brown butter fried gnocchi 

Radicchio salad with crispy prosciutto, figs, Marcona almonds with a aged balsamic Vinaigrette
