The Italian Kitchen – Italy Inspired Pasta Sauces

Pasta for dinner is a quick and easy staple in most kitchens. You know the kind you can pick up from the grocery store? Well, in this hands-on class, we are going to focus on how to take the store bought pasta from ho-hum to wow-wow-wow!!! with these creative sauces inspired by our Italian expert–Chef Iole Aguero. Iole will use traditional Italian pantry staples to whip up four sauces that will make your family think they’ve just been on a trip to Italy.

Upon arrival, you will be greeted with two crostini: marinated mushroom and radish, both house favorites!

You’ll then make and eat as you go …
