The Italian Kitchen – Colored Pasta

In this fun, interactive pasta making class you will learn basic, fail-proof pasta making techniques, tips and tricks to coloring your dough vibrant colors with herbs and vegetables, and how to make two shapes–ravioli and tagliatelle.
