Insalata: Burrata with a Baby Arugula Salad, Crispy Pancetta and an aged Balsamic vinaigrette;
Secondi Piatti: Wild Mushroom and Pancetta Risotto garnished with Parmesan Reggiano; and
Dolci: Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse
