The French Dinner Party

The French can roast meat and prepare vegetables better than anybody. In this hands – on class,  Chef Jennifer Reyes takes a leaf out of a classic French cookbook and will share her tips on how to perfectly roast a chicken,  braise seasonal vegetables, and make a foolproof, melt in your mouth chocolate mousse.  You will start with quality local ingredients,and apply little French “Je ne saus quoi.
