In this hands-on class, Pastry Chef Thanh Tang will take you step-by-step on making croissants that will leave your guests wondering if you went to France to get them! From assembling the dough and creating multiple layers, to shaping, filling, proofing and baking, you will master it all and enjoy the fruits of your labor. In this hands-on class you will be making Butter Croissants, Raspberry Pear with Raspberry Croissants, Pain au Chocolate Croissants and Ham and Cheese Croissants. Yum!
