Cookbook author Gill Dey will share the techniques for making the perfect macaron batter, how to pipe even-sized cookies and turn a basic buttercream into a range of flavors. Sample in class then take the rest  home to impress family and friends., or the freeze well too!

You will make a selection of different colored macarons sandwiched together with Dark Chocolate Ganache, Vanilla Buttercream and a selection of Berry Jams.
