The Art of Gnocchi

Making gnocchi is a labor of love, and after making it from scratch, you’ll appreciate those little pillows of potato heaven even more. The perfect gnocchi are the result of carefully selected ingredients, well-crafted dough and the art of rolling them with love one-by-one. In this hands-on class, Italian Chef Iole will teach you how to prepare the perfect potato gnocchi and teach you 3 different rollings techniques  (the way her grandmother, and mother taught her and the new paddle way) to roll the perfect pillows.

Then, you will make 3 separate sauces to top your gnocchi: 

Fresh Tomatoes and Basil Sauce
Brown Butter and Sage 
Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce

Served with a fresh butter lettuce salad with a simple lemon chive vinaigrette.

All the variations are sure to leave your taste buds tantalized and motivated to make the humble gnocchi at home.
