Teens at Whisk – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, 3-Day
This session is designed just for Teens, 13 and up!
In this 3-day Teens cooking session, you will have fun in these hands-on, technique-driven classes designed to teach you to feed yourself, your family or even roommates. Feeding yourself is an important step towards independence and an essential life skill. Join us for a 3-day cooking camp designed just for teens and learn to make something to eat at any time of the day. You will practice basic techniques (sauté, sear, deep fry, sauces & baking) and knife skills along with how to adapt master recipes to produce nourishing meals that are uniquely your own. Based on the three squares – breakfast, lunch and dinner – Chef Barbara Sowatsky will pass along invaluable tips on shopping, food storage and using leftovers. Each day campers will sit and enjoy what they have made for themselves!

- Classes are designed for students 13 to 18 years old
- No prior cooking experience is required, just an interest to learn.
- For safety reasons, please tie long hair back and wear closed toed shoes.
