Well Chef Yary has made it simple for you! Learn how to make substitutions for your Meat-lovers, Vegetarian and Vegan friends with this great tapas menu, complete with pairings. Chef Yary was born and raised in Cuba, studied culinary in Spain and is working towards earning her Nutritional Coaching License.

Join us in this class where we will start you off with:

Cava with fresh Rosemary and Blackberries

Mini-Tarts of Butternut Squash, Sage, Red Peppers and Caramelized Onions

Then we will get our hands busy and join Chef Yary in making:

Piquillo Peppers filled with Mediterranean Tarragon-Chicken Salad

Vegan / Vegetarian Option:

Piquillo Peppers filled with Mediterranean Tarragon-Tofu Salad  

Served with Cava or wine.

Gambas  al Pil Pil:

Spanish-style marinated and grilled spicy Shrimp Skewers with Honey-Chipotle Crema

Vegan / Vegetarian Option:

Spanish-style marinated and grilled spicy Mushroom Skewers with Honey-Chipotle Vegan Crema

Served with Wine Sangria

Peach Caprese Salad:

Honey-Basil infused Peaches/Nectarines grilled and skewered with Mozarella Ovoline & White Balsamic Vinaigrette drizzle
