Fried Artichoke Hearts with Lemon Aioli
Brasciole –Thin Sliced Flank Steak rolled with Ricotta Salata, Garlic, Herbs–Seared and then simmered in fresh made Tomato Sauce,
Pan-fried Polenta and Charred Peppers.
